Bette Broward Hunting

Founder, Piano Teacher bette_elipseBette is a vibrant caring teacher that brings out the best in every student. She has over 40 years of teaching experience and has been an active member of the Maitland and Winter Park community. She received her BA at Hollins College, VA with international studies at the Sorbonne in Paris, France and graduate studies at the Eastman School of Music. Formerly, she was a piano and theory instructor at Rollins College and  received her Suzuki teacher training at the University of Louisville, KY, University of Wisconsin, University of Hartford, CT, and Chicago,IL.

 

Tina Hunting Gant

Co-Director, Violin, Viola, Cello Teacher tina_elipseTina is full of energy and fun. She is an exceptional artist and teacher. Drawing upon her 35 years of teaching experience, she motivates and nurtures her students to reach their full potential. Founder, Canfield Suzuki Strings. Member of Bach Festival Orchestra, Lyric Opera Orchestra, Cleveland Pops Orchestra and active chamber music performer. New England Conservatory, Bachelor of Music, Eastman School of Music, Master of Music. Suzuki training Chicago, IL, Stevens Point, WI, Eastman School, Ithaca College, NY and University of Louisville, KY.

Brad Gant

Co-Director, Piano Teacher brad-elipseBrad is an accomplished teacher and performing pianist. With a wealth of experience, he has taught piano lessons for over 15 years. Formerly, he was a Piano Instructor at Rollins College in Winter Park Florida and the South Shore Conservatory in the Boston area. Currently, he teaches at Suzuki Music where his students have won numerous awards including the prestigious Robert Smiddy Memorial Award.  As a performer, he has been organist and pianist at the Canfield United Methodist Church in Ohio and in the Orlando area has served as music the director of music at The Church of the Good Shepherd and the Maitland Presbyterian Church.  Additionally, he plays classical concerts especially piano and violin concerts with his wife, Tina. With an impressive education background, he attended the Eastman School of Music where he earned his Bachelor of Music in piano performance. Also, he holds Master of Music in piano performance from the New England Conservatory in Boston, MA. In addition, he has Suzuki Certification and pedagogical training from the New England Conservatory.
 

Craig Hunting

String Teacher Craig was a former member of the Nashville Symphony and Savanah Symphony. He studied at the New England Conservatory and North Carolina School of the Arts. Formerly, he was a teacher at Austin Peay State University in Tennessee.
